Notice to All Consumers:

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. However, if we have made a mistake and are in error we will be happy to assist in resolving any issues to the best of our abilities.

All invoices must be paid within 30 days or will be subject to late fees. Fees are subject to change at the discretion of Taylor Computer Solutions without notice.

Right to Collect Fees and Costs of Collection. Taylor Computer Solutions reserves the right to file suit for nonpayment of the balance of unpaid monies, fees, expenses, and/or other costs due to Taylor Computer Solutions. Further, Customer agrees to pay the costs of collection including interest (pre-judgment and post-judgment), reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses for such collection and all court costs. Any fee dispute relating to the final invoice shall be governed under the laws of the State of Indiana and shall be venued within the State of Indiana.
